Here is the basic information about the terms and conditions for ordering our luxurious silk products from us.
1. ORDERING

Choose the product or product you like to purchase, and add them to the shopping cart. After choosing the products, continue from shopping cart to fill in your contact information and choose the desired delivery and payment options.
If you are placing large and bulk orders, or wish receive any special, customized and tailored orders, we kindly ask you to contact us through email at info@simeisilk.fi or phone +358 40 170 9989 before placing an order through the web shop.
We accept any orders also through email and phone, in which case the payment options are provided separately.
2. PAYMENT OPTIONS
The Paytrail™ payment transmission service conveys your payment to SiMei Silk web store. Most credit cards and PayPal-account are at your disposal, as well as e-payment buttons for all banks located in Finland. Under the transitional provision of the Payment Institutions Act, the service is listed in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Paytrail™ is a service maintained by Paytrail Technology Ltd www.www.paytrail.com/en (business ID 2552865-3).
SiMei Silk is liable for managing the web store and for customer deliveries as well as other legal and regulatory liabilities of the seller. Payment transactions take place between the customer and Paytrail Finland, which is the recipient of the payment and appears as the receiver of the payment.Paytrail is liable for payment related obligations and complaints.
Paytrail™ is a totally safe and secure payment method protected by Nets SSL, Verified by Visa- and MasterCard SecureCode, used to identify the cardholder. SiMei Silk web store or Paytrail Finland has no access to payment information and no payment data is collected or stored.
3. DELIVERIES ABROAD

Wherever you are, we will deliver thereto. The shipping fees differ from country to country. The shipping fees and delivery options appear in the shopping cart once you have chosen the country from the list. For further information, please refer to the Posti’s international tariff zones and respective fee:
The basic delivery costs outside Finland are as follows:
1. Delivery to Zone 1 , Priority €15,00, EMS €19,50
- Countries included: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden.
Special Offer: We currently offer free delivery for orders of over 100 euros to Estonia and Sweden!
2. Delivery to Zone 2 , Priority €19,00, EMS €24,50
- Countries included: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
3. Delivery to Zone 3 , Priority €25,00, EMS €30,00

4. Delivery to Zone 4 , Priority €29,00, EMS €35,00
- All other countries not listed above.
Deliveries to Europe take approximately 5-12 working days. Deliveries to countries outside the EU countries normally take about 1-3 weeks. We use Finland’s post office Posti’s Parcel Services.
SiMei Silk web store is not liable in any case regarding possible fees occurring from tariffs and/or value added taxes that the destination country may levy on the customer.
In the unlikely case of unavailability of the product or on other issues related to the order, we at SiMei Silk will contact the customer, normally by email, to agree on a replacement of the product or resolve the issue in order to satisfy our customer. Please fill in your email and phone number so that we can reach you.
4. DELIVERIES TO FINLAND
Deliveries to Finland using Posti’s regular parcel services is free of charge for orders over 50 €, and will be dispatched in 2-4 working days. Please fill in your mobile number as Posti sends an SMS once the delivery is ready for pick-up. Other delivery methods and respective fees are case sensitive.
5. RETURN POLICY
We operate a full 30-days return policy. That is, you have 30 days from the date of receipt right to return or exchange the product which you have purchased from us. All returns are handled according to the Finnish consumer protection legislation. The returned product needs to be unused and in its original package. Return the product together with your contact information and state the cause of the return. After the safe arrival of the returned product, if the item was defective, we will refund the amount, including the shipping costs, or replace the product. For returns of products that are not defective, the buyer shoulders the return costs. In Finland, please write “Asiakaspalautus” on top of the package to ensure free return delivery. Attach the return sticker you received on your package. The return money is paid through the payment method the customer originally paid for the product.
A product can only be accepted to be returned if:
- It is in its original packaging and in a condition that allows it to be resold
- It shows no signs of use
The buyer is responsible for the product until it reaches our store. A broken item is accepted as such only if it is proven that the item was broken during the original delivery from seller to the buyer.

6. COMPLAINTS
When receiving the product(s), it is the customer’s responsibility to check that the product(s) is in mint condition. In the unlikely and unfortunate cases of defects, customer should contact us immediately at info@simeisilk.fi. We will fix the issue to your satisfaction.
7. CUSTOMER REGISTRAR
We collect customer’s contact information to SiMei Silk customer registrar. Information is not given to any third parties. Find more information from our Privacy Policy here.
8. OTHER
We hold the right to change these Terms and conditions without a prior notice.
