Payment and Delivery

As a gratitude towards our esteemed clients, our shipping fees are below the official rates. We do not charge any shipping or handling fees for deliveries in Finland, Sweden or Estonia.

Payments by credit cards

You can pay in our SiMei Silk online shop with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards. Card payments are made securely using Nets SSL secure payment form. Online shop or service providers or Checkout Finland Oy has no access to the card data information and no payment data is stored on our systems. Our online store is enabled by international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode verification services, which allow the cardholder's identity to be verified. All online purchaces are secure and safe.

Delivery

We use priority Finnish Postal service for international shipping. The shipping fees are calculated automatically by the web shop before placing the order. As a gratitude towards our esteemed clients, our shipping fees are below the official rates. We dispatch parcels globally to all countries through our web shop as well as through email (info@simeisilk.fi) and phone orders (our international phone: +358.40.1709989). Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days. Deliveries in Finland take approximately 1-2 working days. Deliveries to Europe take approximately 3-7 days. Deliveries to countries outside the EU countries take about 1-2 weeks. We ship products every working day in a year without delay. In case of unavailability of the product or other issues that need to be resolved related to the order, we at SiMei Silk contact the client to agree on a replacement product and to resolve possible other issues related to the order. For the bulk, special and customized orders for different sizes, colours etc. not directly available on our Webshop, we advice you to contact us first (info@simeisilk.fi).

Right to regular product return or exchange within 30 days

For orders over € 50, we do not charge postage or delivery costs for deliveries to Finland. We operate a full 30-days return policy. That is, you have 30 days from the date of receipt right to return or exchange the product which you have purchased from SiMei Silk Webshop. All returns are handled according to the Finnish consumer protection legislation. The returned product needs to be unused and in the original package. Please contact our customer service before returning the product for details (info@simeisilk.fi).

A product can only be accepted to return if:

• It is in its original packaging and in a condition that allows it to be resold
• It shows no signs of use

The item must be returned immediately after cancellation. If the customer returns or exchanges an item by mail, the customer is responsible for the risk of damages during the process until its arrival. A damaged item cannot be accepted as a return or to be exchanged unless it can be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping from the seller to the customer.
